SC dismisses plea to postpone Bihar assembly election due to corona
The Supreme Court has dismissed the plea which asked to postpone Bihar Assembly elections due to novel coronavirus pandemic. The Supreme Court has refused to hear this petition. Election dates are to be announced in Bihar today.
The court said, "It is not hearable. The Election Commission is capable of taking its own decisions. The Supreme Court cannot pronounce any decision on it."
