Bhagwant Mann, the leader of the Aam Admi Party (AAP), is slated to be sworn in as Punjab chief minister in Khatkar Kalan, Bhagat Singh's home village. Arvind Kejriwal, the AAP's national convener, will attend the event, as will all of the party's Punjab MLAs. Sanjay Singh, who was also present at the oath-taking ceremony, said that the people of India now want to see the Delhi model of governance across the country.
