Russia backs India for permanent UNSC seat

Once again, Russia endorsed India for United Nations Security Council's permanent seat. The statement came forth during the RIC meeting. The meeting had all the three countries including Russia, India and China.

On the other hand, Russia said that India and China were capable of solving their issue and that they could do away with all problems without any external help.
