'Religious gatherings that promote conversion should be banned' Says Allahabad High Court | ABP News

Allahabad High Court: Allahabad High Court, while hearing the case of religious conversion, made serious remarks and said that SC/ST and economically weaker people are being converted on a large scale in the country. This should be stopped immediately. If this continues by luring people with money in religious meetings, then one day the majority population of India will become a minority. The court said that there should be an immediate ban on meetings that seek to convert citizens of the country. There is no provision for conversion in Article 25. Justice Rohit Ranjan has made this comment while rejecting the bail plea of Kailash, accused in the conversion case. Actually, complainant Ramkali had filed a case against Kailash, resident of Maudaha, Hamirpur, for converting his mentally weak brother. In this case, the accused had given bail petition, which was rejected by the court.
