Rajasthan HC allows Mahesh Joshi to be a party to the case
The divisional bench of Rajasthan High Court has allowed Congress Chief Whip in the state, Mahesh Joshi to be a party to the case. A petition is filed by MLAs from Sachin pilot camp against the disqualification notice issued by the Speaker of the Rajasthan Assembly to these MLAs as they had 'defied the party whip.' However, the MLAs claim that since Assembly was not in session, the whip holds no ground. Since, the Speaker issued notice on complaint of Mahesh Joshi, he is also now a party in to the case.
