Rahul Tiwari, man who complained about Vikas Dubey 'missing'

As many as 8 cops were killed in cold blood in an ambush laid down by Vikas Dubey and his gang in the Bikru village of Kanpur. It is reported that police had reached to arrest Vikas on the complaint filed by a man called Rahul Tiwari. Now, both Rahul Tiwari and his wife have gone missing.
