Punjab Cong rift: Harish Rawat to meet Captain Amarinder Singh today

The internal rift of the Congress party has not come to an end as yet. Today Harish Rawat will go to Chandigarh to talk to Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh after he wrote to Sonia Gandhi over the likely elevation of Sidhu.

Amid all this, celebrations have begun in the Sidhu group as supporters distributed sweets before the official announcement of their leader's elevation to Punjab Congress Chief.
