Prem Shukla on Cong being mum on 'vasooli' case: Something's seriously wrong | Hoonkar

Sanjay Raut said that the party driving the UPA needed to be changed. This means that UPA needs someone else and not Congress as the leader. This second-largest party of MVA is NCP.
