PM Modi escapes from naming China again, why is he so weak, asks Cong

Congress leader Randeep Surjewala took to Twitter and attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi over not attacking China directly. He said that PM Modi did not name China during his address to nation, not during Mann Ki Baat and not even today when he was addressing Indian Soldiers. He added, "Why is PM so weak? Why escape from naming China? When will we give a direct answer to China?"
