PM Modi congratulates new Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif; writes letter

On Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi sent a message of peace to Pakistan's new Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif, in a region "free of terror." Mr. Sharif had remarked in a speech to the National Assembly a few hours earlier that Pakistan wants good relations with India, but that this is "not achievable without resolving the Kashmir conflict."
