PM Modi attacks RJD, says 'booth capturing was common during elections'
Prime Minister Narendra Modi was addressing a rally in Forbesganj when he launched a scathing attack against the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD). He said that there were such times when booth capturing was a common trend during polls. He added, "These Jungleraj people used to send their own people to cast votes instead of people of Bihar. Votes were looted. A poor man's rights were looted. NDA gave the right to vote to all in Bihar."
