Perceptional difference at LAC, will resolve issue with China: Rajnath Singh

In an exclusive interview to ABP News, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that both India and China have perceptional issues with respect to the position of LAC and hence there are confrontations between security forces from both sides. He further added that both countries are communicating on a diplomatic as well as military level. He asserted that India wants good relations with all the neighbouring countries and doesn't want to start a war.
