People of Bihar are not in confusion, NDA will form govt once again: PM Modi | Full Speech

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today held his first rally in Sasaram for the Bihar assembly elections. The Prime Minister said that "as many surveys are being done, as many reports are coming, all of them are predicting - once again in Bihar, the NDA government is going to be formed". 

PM Modi started his address for the people of Bihar in Bhojpuri language. He paid tributes to the late Ram Vilas Paswan.
