Pakistan offers third counselor access to India in Kulbhushan Jadhav case: Sources

Sources have told ABP News that Pakistan has offered third consular access to India for Kulbhushan Jadhav, the an Indian businessman that was abducted from Iran by ISI and presented to the world as a spy. Meanwhile, Pakistan media citing Foreign Minister of Pakistan Shah Mahmood Qureshi has claimed that a note verbale has been sent meeting India's demand to not have a security personnel during the meeting. India is yet to respond.
