Olympic Wrestler Aman Sehrawat’s Remarkable Feat, Reduced 4.6 Kg Weight In 10 Hours | ABP News
Indian wrestler Aman Sehrawat won a bronze medal at the Paris Olympics 2024, demonstrating tremendous effort to achieve this milestone. According to reports, Aman managed to shed 4.6 kilograms in approximately 10 hours. His weight had increased, but he worked diligently overnight to bring it down. However, a similar strategy did not work for Vinesh Phogat, who was disqualified due to being 100 grams over the weight limit. Wrestling coach Virender Dahiya told ANI that after the evening wrestling session, Aman was 4.5 kilograms overweight, weighing 61.5 kilograms. They immediately conducted a 90-minute session, then moved to the village, and around midnight, returned to the gym for an additional hour on the treadmill and a sauna bath.
