No Lockdown but possibility of local restrictions in Delhi: Satyendra Jain

There'll be no lockdown but there can be local restrictions at some busy places. Maximum Covid-19 tests are being conducted which we'll further increase. The virus can easily spread due to large gatherings during the Chhath Pooja hence the restrictions: Satyendra Jain, Delhi Health Minister
