Nirbhaya case: Time and again stay on hanging shows system's failure: Asha Devi

In a huge breaking the hanging of four convicts has been stayed by Delhi's Patiala court. The matter has now been deferred until further orders. The reason behind such a judgment was pending mercy petition of one of the convicts. Pawan had applied for mercy petition, which is pending before the President of India. This is why, once again, the Nirbhaya convicts will not be hanged tomorrow
