Nirbhaya Case: Convicts' lawyer blames Tihar admin for delay
Convicts' lawyer AP Singh in Nirbhaya gangrape and murder case has blamed Tihar administraion for delay in filing curative petition for the other two convicts Akshay and Pawan.
Speaking to ABP News, Singh said that Tihar administraion has not provided all the documents necessary to file a curative petition. Earlier in the day, Supreme Court rejected curative petition of two convicts in Nirbhaya case.
