Nirbhaya case: Can't hang 5 for one death: Convicts' lawyer

Hearing for Nirbhaya case has been transferred to another date. Nirbhaya's mother Asha Devi said in the courtroom that till when will she be required to come to the court and return home with tears in her eyes? 

While on the other hand, convicts' lawyer AP Singh said that India will not tolerate hanging for 5 people as a punishment for 1 death. He further added that you can't violate Article 21.
