NCP Leader Baba Siddiqui Shot Dead, Lawrence Bishnoi Gang Claims Responsibility Amid Maharashtra Political Chaos | ABP Live

NCP leader Baba Siddiqui was shot dead late on October 12, sparking chaos in Maharashtra's political landscape. The NDA government and opposition parties have engaged in a heated exchange of accusations. Meanwhile, the identity of a fourth suspect involved in the murder has been revealed; he is Mohammad Zeeshan Akhtar, who was directing the other three shooters. Police sources have indicated that the assailants used chili spray to blind Siddiqui before shooting him. In a shocking twist, the Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the murder on social media just 28 hours later, threatening to target associates of Salman Khan and Dawood. The Mumbai police are investigating the suspects’ backgrounds and movements to uncover any prior criminal records. Security around government officials has been tightened in response to the incident.
