Nation witnesses record breaking cold this year | ABP Special
India is witnessing record breaking cold this year. Delhi recorded the lowest temperature in 119 years. Dense fog and poor visibility have caused flight delays and cancellations across the north India in the past few days. Punjab's Amritsar city recorded 1.2 degrees Celsius and industrial city Ludhiana and Patiala registered a minimum temperature of 4.6 and 4.5 degrees Celsius, respectively.
