Nanded Negligence: When will action be taken against authorities?

More than 3500 pilgrims were stuck in Nanded amid lockdown as they had gone to offer prayers at Hazur Sahib Gurudwara. And out of these 3500 pilgrims, 14 have been found Coronavirus positive.
In this case, many discrepancies on government's part came forth like proper tests were not conducted immediately, filthy ambulances were sent etc. But the only question, when will action be taken against authorities for negligence
