Mumbai salon owner's new initiative to save jobs of employees

''Workers requested not to ignore and fire them during lockdown as they needed money. But business was completely down with minimum to no profits. So we kept them on the condition that they will paid as per the profits of the business', says the Mumbai salon owner.
