Mumbai rains: IMD issues alert for heavy rains

Indian Meteorological Department has issued an alert for heavy rains in Mumbai and nearby areas like Raigad, Palghar, Thane etc. A warning for high tide in Mumbai has also been issued. It has been raining heavily in Mumbai since the past week. However, as of now, no incident of serious waterlogging is currently being reported. Meanwhile, IMD has also indicated at incesant rainfall in other parts of India like Saurashtra, Kutch and Delhi. Watch this report.
