Mumbai local trains restart for essential staff

Mumbai local trains restart for essential staff and not for general public. It is a request not to hoard the station for train. The country's commercial capital Mumbai and Mumbai Metropolitan Region comprising Mumbai, Thane, Palghar and Raigad districts are totally depending on the suburban trains. It is especially being run for state and central government employees.
