Moradabad: 3 including 2 cops arrested for kidnapping

Three people including two personnel of UP Police were arrested in Uttar Pradesh's Moradabad. The trio have been accused of kidnapping and extortion. According to the reports, Akshay and Nikhil had demanded a ransom amount of Rs 1 lakh after abducting a boy. Police has also confiscated the vehicle used for abduction.
