Monsoon Session 2024: Conflict Erupts Over NEET Paper Leak Claims as Parliament Debates | ABP News

The Parliament session has commenced, and Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman is set to present the Economic Survey. Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan stated in Parliament that there has been no evidence of paper leaks in the past seven years, though some incidents have occurred, with the matter currently under review in the Supreme Court. Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav criticized the government, claiming it has set a record for paper leaks in NEET exams. In Parliament, Rahul Gandhi highlighted the numerous flaws in the examination system, accusing the Education Minister of listing others' shortcomings while ignoring his own. Gandhi questioned what steps the Education Minister is taking to address these issues. In response to opposition MPs raising the NEET exam issue in the Lok Sabha, Dharmendra Pradhan asserted that there has been no evidence of paper leaks over the past seven years and emphasized that the NEET case is pending in the Supreme Court. He confidently stated that more than 240 exams have been successfully conducted since the establishment of the NTA (National Testing Agency).
