Manoj Shukla narrates how Vikas Dubey murdered his brother

Manoj Shukla brother of Santosh Shukla who was murdered by gangster Vikas Dubey inside the police station narrates the ordeal. Santosh was killed where 25 officers were present in the police station. The criminals, numbering about a dozen, had also pelted the police team with stones. The deceased police personnel had received multiple bullet wounds in the incident.
