Mamata Banerjee writes to PM Modi, calls transfer of officers appalling

Amid suspense over Chief Secretary Alapan Badhyopadhyay joining in Delhi today, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. She has called the transfer of officers appalling.

On the other hand, as per sources the Chief Secretary is not likely to report in Delhi today which will surely escalate the issue.
