Major update for 'swadeshi' Covid-19 vaccine

Hyderabad-based Bharat Biotech on Friday announced that the Phase-1 clinical trials of India's first indigenous Covid-19 vaccine 'Covaxin' began across the country on July 15.

On 18 July, Union Health Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan also said that human trials of 'swadeshi' Covid-19 vaccine have begun and the war against Coronavirus has reached the decisive stage. Watch this report.
