Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray spoke at the INDIA bloc rally, warning against what he sees as the country sliding into "autocracy" and urging people to oust the BJP from power. He criticized the BJP at the Ramlila Maidan rally for what he perceives as threats to democracy.
