Lok Sabha Elections 2024: PM Modi To Take Oath On June 9, Watch Big Updates Of The Hour | ABP News

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who was unanimously elected as the leader by the Bharatiya Janata Party-led NDA bloc, will take his oath on June 8. India is likely to invite leaders of a number of its neighbouring countries, including Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, to PM Modi's swearing-in ceremony over the weekend, PTI reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter. Narendra Modi is all set to take charge as the prime minister for a historic third consecutive term after the Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) won 293 seats in the Lok Sabha elections. According to PTI, the people cited above stated that the top leaders of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal, and Mauritius are likely to be among the foreign leaders invited to Modi's oath-taking ceremony.
