India lockdown: Ground report from DND, very few vehicles on road

Despite the PM's appeal, DND on the Delhi Noida border was crowded with people from the last two days, but after the PM's announcement of the lockdown across the country, today's picture looked different compared from the last two-three days. 

People are not leaving their homes. While speaking to ABP News, Police official deputed at the DND agreed that the situation is much better today.
