Kolkata Doctor Murder Case: RML Hospital Doctors Vow To Continue Protests Until Justice Is Served | ABP News
The doctors' strike in response to the Kolkata rape case has created significant problems for patients, leaving them without treatment and forced to wander from one place to another. Meanwhile, the High Court has initiated a CBI inquiry into the case. Today, the CBI will question four trainee doctors from RG Kar Medical College and Hospital at the CGO complex in Salt Lake, Kolkata, regarding the events of the night the incident occurred. The strike, however, continues. Last week, a postgraduate trainee doctor was raped and murdered while on duty at RG Kar Medical College. The 32-year-old's body was discovered on August 9 in the seminar hall, sparking nationwide protests and outrage across the medical community.
