The United States of America has adopted a unique method to deal with the problem of fallen leaves during the autumn season. The parali is re-processed instead of being burnt.

The locals of Baltimore do not burn parali because of air pollution instead the fallen leaves are collected and brought to a land-fill site for re-processing.
