Investigaters have find crucial clues that hint at ex-Jammu and Kashmir DSP Davinder Singh acting as a link between Khalistani terrorists and Hizbul Mujahiddin terrorists. Reliable sources in investigating agencies have confirmed to ABP news that a Davinder was taking the Hizbul terrorists for a meeting with Khalistani terrorists.
