Kerala governor protests while respecting constitution | Master Stroke

In a big political drama in Kerela, opposition members blocked the entry of governor Arif Mohammad inside the Assembly. He was there to address the budget session of state assembly. The governor while reading the address stated he disagrees with the part that mentions about CAA but will read this to honour the CM's wish.
