Karnataka News: Ex-Karnataka CM BS Yediyurappa To Face Arrest In POCSO Case | ABP News

Former Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa is likely to face arrest soon as a special POCSO court in Bengaluru on Thursday issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against him in connection with molestation case of a 17-year-old girl. On March 14, a 17-year-old girl's mother had filed a complaint alleging molestation of her daughter by the ex-Karnataka CM and senior BJP leader BS Yediyurappa at the Sadashivanagar police station. Following the complaint, the Bengaluru police charged the former CM under the POCSO Act and IPC Section 354A (sexual harassment). According to PTI, a Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) court today issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against him. A POCSO case was filed against the senior BJP leader alleging that he molested a 17-year-old girl. The police have issued a non-bailable warrant against him.
