Kamal Nath, Rahul Gandhi duped farmers: Shivraj Singh Chouhan

Shivraj Singh Chouhan while addressing a farmers rally in Madhya Pradesh said that Rahul Gandhi and Kamal Nath had promised a loan waiver but it did not happen and hence they duped the farmers.
