J&K ground report: 3 districts declared as red zone again

Three districts of Jammu and Kashmir were declared as red zone as the lockdown 3.0 started. These districts were earlier listed in orange zone but three cases of Coronavirus were reported from Samba after which it was declared as red zone along with Jammu and Kathua
