At least 202 people are missing while 18 bodies have been recovered so far after a flash flood inundated a power project at Raini village in Uttarakhand's Chamoli district, the state government said on Monday.

A day after a glacier burst triggered a flash flood in the region, Minister of State for Power and New and Renewable Energy R. K. Singh visited the Tapovan tunnel and took stock of the rescue operations by the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP).
