In a huge announcement made today, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said that Rs 2000 will be sent directly in the bank accounts of 8.69 crore farmers. She also assured 5 kg of rice or wheat for three months for the economically weaker section absolutely free of cost. On the other hand, Delhi govt claimed of helping the poor too. But actually many people are suffering as these services are not reaching them
