How blackout could affect power grid, explains Shailendra Dubey

AIPEF Chairman Shailendra Dubey explained whether the blackout on Sunday at 9 pm will affect the power grid or not. Prime Minister Narendra Modi appealed to turf off lights at 9 pm on April 5 and light lamps against the fight of coronavirus to bring in the positive vibes.
