Heavy rains in Rajasthan have led to significant disruptions, including the closure of the Parvati river. To manage the rising water levels, authorities have opened two gates of the dam by two feet to drain excess water. An alert has been issued for Gano, situated on the riverbanks. Tragedy struck in Hanumangarh, where a father, son, and grandson drowned in a canal; the SDRF team recovered the bodies. Flooding continues to wreak havoc in Karauli, with waterlogging causing severe challenges in Dausa, where food is being distributed to stranded residents. An ambulance broke down while navigating through waterlogged areas, and villagers faced difficulties after the Tonga pond in Morena collapsed.
