Hathras victim will surely get justice, action on officers post-SIT probe: Smriti Irani

Union Minister Smriti Irani has said that the victim's family in Hathras will definitely get justice. She said that action will be taken against the officers after the SIT investigation. She added that action has already been taken against certain officers. Modi government is working for women's safety, she assured.

Meanwhile, UP Chief Home Secretary Avnish Awasthi is going to Hathras. DGP Hitesh Chandra has also left for the district. It is believed that both are going to meet the family.
