Hathras DM neither present at his residence nor office, hasn't met victim's family

The victim's brother told the team of ABP News that their phone calls are under surveillance. DM has threatened them. He allegedly told the family that if they see the post mortem body, they will not be able to eat.

Questions are still being raised against the district DM Praveen Kumar Laxkar.  

Significantly, DM Praveen Kumar has been accused of threatening the family of the victim earlier also.
