RLD workers create ruckus in Hathras which has been barricaded by police as Section 144 is imposed in the area. At a time only five members are allowed to visit the family of the victim. SP workers are also present in the crowd at the barricaded spot. Jayant Chaudhary was allowed to enter the area initially.
