Hathras case: Hearing begins in SC, family demands transfer of case to Delhi

In the Hathras case, the victim's family has demanded transfer of the case to the High Court, on which the hearing has started. Advocate Seema Kushwaha of the victim's family said in the court that we want to transfer the case to Delhi. The family of the victim has also demanded that the CBI probe should be monitored by the court. 

CBI is likely to question the accused and the doctors who treated the victim.
