Hathras Case: CBI files charge sheet in Ghaziabad CBI Court

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has filed its charge sheet in Uttar Pradesh's Hathras case. The charge sheet was filed on the basis of the last statement given by the victim. 

As per the charge sheet the victim was first gang-raped and then murdered. A section of the gangrape SC-ST Act has been imposed on the accused'.

The investigation of this case was given to the Ghaziabad unit of CBI.
