Guidelines should be formulated over protest: Adv. Mujeeb Ur Rehman

The Supreme Court has no negative perspective on the protest. Demonstration is a constitutional right. Till date no guidelines have been made on how to protest. Guidelines should be formulated and should be applied on all. This should be taken as an opportunity.
